Exchanges & Returns

At PF&M, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Exchange and Return Policy carefully before making any wholesale jewelry orders.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please notify us within 30 days from the delivery date and provide proof of purchase.

Return Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service team at pfm@pearls1.com, or call our office (239) 697-2230 to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) being returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive defective or damaged items, please notify us immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product to facilitate the return process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • OIf approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 days.
  • Exchanges for the same item (if available) or for items of equal value will be processed promptly upon approval of the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as customized or specially ordered jewelry, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Cancellation of Orders:

Wholesale orders are considered final once processed. Cancellation requests are subject to our discretion and may incur restocking fees or other charges.
